AI and circular economy – the next “AI Monday NRW” will take place in Lemgo on September 19, 2022

After the successful premiere of non-virtual “AI Monday NRW” in June, the next edition will take place again as a networking event on September 19, 2022 – this time at the Centrum Industrial IT in Lemgo. The think tank invites AI enthusiasts and curious people from business, research and society to East Westphalia – to exchange know-how on the topic of AI and the circular economy.

The event offers you the opportunity to gain insights into how AI can support processes in the circular economy and to talk to experts about the opportunities and challenges.

The event will start at 5pm with a keynote from Phoenix Contact on the use of AI for sustainability. Afterwards, 4 use cases on AI in the circular economy will be presented – starting with AI Monday initiator Taival, followed by CUNA Products GmbH from Dortmund, who will present an AI-based recycling loop for ecological returnable cups as well as the SMART RECYCLING FACTORY Minden.

After the lecture part, there will be the opportunity for networking and direct exchange with the speakers and of course all other participants in the context of a mini AI fair with about 20 mostly local AI companies and projects, starting at about 6:30 pm.

The event is supported by Phoenix Contact.
