THE CHALLENGE

The data for the challenge will be provided by SOLLICH KG. The family-owned company is the world market leader in the development of efficient production systems for the confectionery industry.

Sensors are installed in industrial machines to control a process. Especially when recording temperatures in temperature control processes, these sensors are crucial for product quality. But are all sensors and measuring points still important today? In the challenge, this question is to be answered! Design a soft sensor with your team that replaces the hardware and enables stable process control.

THE PRICE

In addition to the glory, prize money awaits the first three places. The amount of the prize money will be announced at the beginning of next year.
